We have stayed in this hotel 4 times since 1999. We stayed 2 weeks or more each time. Our Family came to visit with us from all over Germany and occupied at least 4 rooms at any one time . I have just returned from a 3-day stay in this hotel as part of a 48-strong group. Apart from the fact that you enter a time warp when you go in - the rooms have old-fashioned washbasins (two of them!) in the bedroom and REALLY dated bathroom facilities - we were amazed at just how rude the staff could be...
