We spent Christmas this year at the Alpenhof Murnau and had a wonderful time. As the hotel is a fairly new build the public areas did feel a little corporate but the rooms were spacious and comfortable and have wonderful views. What a real treat this hotel is we had a lovely room over looking the Alps the service was really good and most of the staff spoke English, the evening meal was lovely but the beakfast was the star there was lovely cheeses, hams, fruit and lots more. Well worth a visit!! More
