We discovered this fantastic, charming, fully renovated Hotel in Cochem during our German wine & Castells trip in area.. The Family Fontanazza and their team are really warm, detail and professional people. The rooms are very nice, modern but cousy decorated and very clean. We took a break from the German gastronomy and we enjoyed a delicious Mediterranean dinner at... More

This will be our forth visit to the hotel and as Uk biker's we have had a very welcoming experiance here . Bike's can be park in reasonable safety at the rear of the hotel and having breakfast on the patio over looking the Mossel river a delight. We do not require all the fineries that some people may expect... More

We stayed in this hotel 20th to23rd of June 2011. The location of this hotel is excellent with ample parking BUT the bathroom was SO dated - circa 1960. The toilet ran all night, the shower door didn't shut properly and the shower didn't drain quick enough so you were left standing in 6" of water. The tiles were dark... More

This is right outside of Cochem, on the Mosel River and a short, beautiful and relaxing walk to Cochem on the Promenade. I loved the walk to Cochem and even the walk in the opposite direction. It is within a 5 minute walk to the grocery store, which is a great place to stock up on drinks and snacks. Our... More

Traveling through the Mosel Valley was an enjoyable experience and the little town of Cochem was lovely. We thought the Park Hotel was very nice. Parking was a little tight, but no problem. I did not see an elevator and none was mentioned. The Park Hotel was on the main road through town, so obviously it was easy to find... More

We had the large front room upstairs with charming French-style double bed, chandelier, elegant wardrobe--lovely! The owner is an Italian chef and treated us to an amazing appetizer that looked like a plate out of the Iron Chef show! The breakfast spread was abundant and each dish delicious. Location on the Mosel was ideal--with a beautiful view of the charming... More

The hotel was about 10 min walk from the centre, but along the mosel river and therefor nice view. Free parking. We had a room in a annex wich was not as good as in the hotel, but ok. Breakfast was very good. Fresh rolls, bacon and eggs, and various cheeses and meats. Cereals and jam. The restaurant looked nice,... More

Newly reopened, after a renovation, this hotel is trying hard to regain its past position in a competitive market. The good food, helpful service and comfortable rooms - far better than the current price leads one to expect - means that they should make it easily. Don't count on getting this year's prices next year. (PS: They no longer bill... More

A nice hotel. The room was small, but cosy and comfortably furnished, and it had a view of the castle (but not all of them do). Breakfast was the usual continental style buffet with bread, fruit, cold cuts, etc. The hotel has a car-park, which gets full, but we could always squeeze in somewhere. It's maybe a 15 minute stroll... More

Smaller hotel with restaurant. Great location for traveler with auto. Good service, very helpful staff, great food. Located on edge of town along main east-west highway on the Moselle, free parking, and a short walk to city center (about 3/4 mile) made it a great central location for day trips. More
