Adequate hotel in all regards. Rooms are simple and a little small but ok for Switzerland. No gym facilities which is a shame, especially when the pool is outdoors. Despite live confirmation over the phone and written confirmation by e-mail 3 days prior to arrival, hotel staff took the liberty to cancel without notice our booking (which was guaranteed by credit card).
