We live about 2 hours from this hotel and we go about once or twice a year for a relaxing 2-3 night stay. We have consistently found the staff, breakfasts, room and service excellent. Already an older hotel, so rooms are a bit dated. Location is great, some 10km from Interlaken in the mountains with fantastic views of Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. Breakfast is quite good. Meals (lunch, dinner) are also good, and set menu prices quite reasonable for Switzerland. Mostly German staff only. Train trip to Jungfraujoch - fantastic!!! More
