We stayed on the 29th of April in a king spa villa. The rooms are advertised as brand new but are far from it. The carpet and couch were stained and everything was dusty. The unit was very small, about the size of a hotel room, the upside was a very nice full size spa. The advertised super king bed... More

We visited Tassie in April, so reservations weren't really required, but calling ahead is best if you want to be sure you get a room. The property is laid out in a series of private cabins around a small pond with a Swiss chalet theme, though there are also rooms in the main building. The resort has a spa, a... More

Stayed in a Lake View Villa with 1 queen in one room and a double in the lounge/kitchen area. Fairly small villa suitable for young children. Room was clean, small and comfortable. Facilities are great, there are BBQ's, playground, mini golf, jumping pillow, tennis courts, pool, but many you have to pay extra for. Short drive from Launceston. More

We recently stayed here for 2 nights, as everything else was booked out for the easter weekend. The place looks great on arrival, but things not so rosy once we opened the door of the chalet. I had to immediately ask for some maintenance to fix a couple of items, and was told, "we'll see what we can do, but... More

We stayed here when we travelled to Tasmaina, we stayed in a villa that overlooks the golf course, which was nice and clean, bed was comfortable. The resort has a few shops (the chocolate was yum) mini golf which was fun, restaurant, activities for kids and more. I would highly recommend it and will definately stay here again when travelling... More

On checking in waited 20 mins. No apology forcoming-preferred to state "I'm the only one here." Charged a walk-in couple $89/night, when questioned why I was quoted $220 and that was the only room left-stated that I had an extra two children. First child is 3years and the other is 5mths. I explained that I still had to bring my... More

We stayed in a Chalet rated 4 star. The furniture had holes in the upholstery. There are no bedside lights in the second bedroom. Bring a torch. The tv was a old style and had terrible reception, some stations we could only get in black and white. A notice over the sink says if you don't wash and put everything... More

Stayed here for one night at the end of February as part of a group. The setting of the resort is very pretty, well laid out and maintained beautifully. My room was extremely comfortable, clean and well appointed. We ate as a group and the food was plentiful and of good quality. Would definitely recommend the resort to others. More
