When you first see Maple Bank you cant help but be very impressed with it. There is ample parking to the front and rear of the property and the gardens are well maintained. You are made very welcome by the owners who are more than happy to help you with any queries and advice on the local amenities and attractions.... More

We recieved a really warm welcome from the owners, they are nice people and tried their best to feel you happy. “Peaceful break”

This is a lovely comfortable house and we received a friendly welcome. It's a great location, quiet but close to good restaurants for evening meals and ideally situated for walking. The owners were friendly and helpful, the breakfasts were lovely and all in all we had a very relaxing break.

“Long weekend stay”

Excellent B&B. Score should be 7 out of 5 stars - everything was brilliant. A perfect stay without shadow of doubt. Picturesque location, very clean bedroom, beautiful breakfast, very nice and friendly owners. Perfect choice for hill walkers. Very close to Keswick.

Wonderful, peaceful bed and breakfast accommodation. Ideally situated for hill walkers as many interesting walks within easy access of B&B. 2 miles from centre of Keswick. Braithwaite has a choice of eateries nearby for evening meals. “Cummine”

Second stay at Maple Bank over the Easter weekend for 3nights. Bedroom was spotless with beautiful views. Superb breakfast each morning with lots of choice. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. We will be returning again. Highly recommended!!!!!

Stayed for a weekend, had a great time, friendly and very clean. Great location for hiking - got some good recommendations for places to see and eat from the owners. Would definitely return and recommend!
