have used this often and it was going downhill of late. However it has now been refurbished with nice shower, fresh paintwork, proper extra bed (not sofa bed) and usable chairs. Saturday night- so not really that cheap- considering there are decent B and Bs available at the same price -for 2 people. But this is convenient.

Travelodge is a budget option but at least you know what you are getting - a clean room, a bath, a reliable brand. The staff were lovely - even when we locked ourselves out of our room!
