“If Carlsberg did b & b....”

This is my 2nd stay with Ann & Stephen and they really do make you feel at home. Warm and comfortable rooms and a superb breakfast. Being just out on the outskirts of town, you are not disturbed by nightlife or traffic noise. Wi-fi access is a boon and a great location for travelling throughout the area. Absoluely A1

Arrived late pm, great welcome from Steve. The room was spacious with a well appointed Ensuite. Great Info on the city, places to eat etc and no pressure for an early breakfast which was well cooked and presented. All in all a great, comfortable relaxing stay.
