Always try to stay here when working in Northern Ireland and have always found both the quality of the accommodation and attention to detail and the warmness of welcome from Anne & Andy (together with the epic breakfasts) ensure that this a stand out classy hotel retreat when I'm on the road. Always seem to get a great nights sleep... More

Stayed here for one night on business and received a warm welcome. My room was comfortable and well equipped. The dinner was exquisite and better than many a hotel restaurant. Personal and friendly service from Anne and Andy. The only black mark was the Guinness pump being out of action! The morning's Ulster Fry was a perfect start to the... More

We were looking for a B&B travelling south from the Antrim coast. Stangmore Town House was recommended by someone we met outside a shop in a nearby town. How lucky we were. Pretty late when we arrived so decide to take our evening meal there, delicious. So was the breakfast the following morning. Anne and Andy were cheerful hosts and... More

The Stangmore is a wonderful hotel in the heart of Northern Ireland. A very warm welcome is always assured here and the 'Ulster Fry' breakfast is a delight and certainly sets you up for the day. The evening dinner menu is also outstanding and is truly a gourmet delight. If you get chance make this a port of call on... More

Stayed here May bank holiday weekend 2012. Perfect location in the middle of the town, convenient to have a restaurant in the guesthouse too, which was as good as anywhere in the town. Always quick with a top up of coffee too! Hosts were very freindly and helpful. I'll definitely stay here again

My Wife and I stayed at the Stangmore Townhouse Hotel this weekend Andy and Anne made us feel so welcome we felt part of the family. The rooms was immaculate and the bed was comfortable and the best night sleep for ages. We chose Bed and Breakfast and was not disappointed by the Ulster Fry. Both my wife and I... More

Found this via our Garmin- and what a nice surprise. Had a large, wonderful room- very quiet. Restaurant on site- plus a sitting room with fireplace to enjoy a drink before dinner. Food was perfect and after a long day in the car- nice to be able to settle in without having to leave for dinner. Hosts couldn't have been... More

My friend and I were in Dungannon for a wedding and booked a night at the Stangmore Townhouse. The day before we arrived, they texted to understand our ETA. We said about 1130.... When we arrived, we were shown straight to our room which allowed us to get ready for the wedding in true style. Small touches in the bathroom... More

Had a fantastic weekend in Dungannon the highlight of which was staying at Stangmore Townhouse. The food was excellent, the room was excellent and the service was exemplary. It was one of the most relaxing and comfortable places I have stayed in and I would recommend it highly. Top Marks.

Had read some reviews about the Stangmore so knew it was going to be nice. Nice is such an understatement for this delightful wee haven. Ann and Andy know what it takes to run a well organised and clean home from home. The bed was incredibly comfy and was housed in a large bright room with spotless en-suite facilities. Every... More
