We stayed for two nights while visiting the local sights including the Giant's Causeway. The welcome was efficient and friendly but our room was very small on the first floor with a tiny bathroom. The building is one of the older style large B&B houses you find in Britain and Ireland and feels a little older compared to some. Breakfast... More

We stayed here for one night & booked a suite for £10 more online at last minute well worth it for the views over the bay and the room size. The B&B is very welcoming, deceptive from the outside & event the hallway the bedrooms have been renovated and decorated and modern. Suite had 2 sofas, chairs, flat screen tv,... More

This is a lovely family run guest house set right in the heart of Portrush. It is on the best street in the town as its so central yet on a quiet street, 1/2 mins walk from all the town has to offer. The owners are busy busy and very warm and welcoming into their home. In the morning you... More

We stayed here for 2 nights a while ago now but are planning to go back soon so was annoyed to see some of the negative reviews on here. I know this is a great B&B so no amount of negative reviews would put me off - we definitely would not stay anywhere else. I work in the hospitality industry... More

I stayed here last October with some friends. We were left outside in the cold for quite some time on arrival, which wasn't a great start! The rooms were lovely and the views were great but the sound proofing was nonexistent and the noises of a dog barking in the morning was quite annoying! When checking out, we were told... More

We are sorry that this is now the 3rd member of this party to complain on tripadvisor and as explained to them we were on holidays and our daughter thought they had paid. The call received was not rude although short as we were calling from Spain. It is quite obvious they were really annoyed about having to return to... More

We stayed here April 2012 and had a really nice experience. Staff were helpful and friendly, even though we arrived very late (11pm). The room was clean and spacious and the vegetarian options for breakfast fantastic. I would definately stay again.

On arrival at this hotel the door was locked and we were left waiting outside knocking a few minutes for the door to be opened. However, this minor difficulty was overlooked on seeing the spacious room and beautiful view. The good feeling was completely eradicated when we were woken up by the loud music coming from downstairs at 7 o... More

The really good thing about tripadvisor is the business gets a change to reply and defend unfair comments. Firstly those people not living in a north coastal regein will not be aware of the severe gales and winds we are subjected to. To provide a warm and welcoming home the front door does have to be closed to avoid drafts,... More

Everything was fine in this B and B untill we went to pay the following morning. When we booked my partner contacted the B and B and stated that the room was £45 from a website ( booking.com) so that was agreed. We booked directly as it was late the evening we stayed. Next morning when I went to pay... More

This client did book late on Saturday evening but by telephone and never asked price. As they had to be asked to leave the next day it was noticed that the room was covered in vomit. They were charged an extra £10 which was nothing as we had to steam clean the carpet and throw out towels and bedding stained... More

The room was fine - cozy and comfortable and clean, but take note of the fine print. They prefer to have the balance of the room paid in cash and the check in times are limited. When I called in a panic at 9 pm after noticing the check in times were 3-6 pm, they said it was fine and... More

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment on our property, and indeed to compliment that you thought it was a hotel when indeed it is our home offering bed and breakfast. Which brings me to your point about check-ins, thank you for highlighting our, which must seem very strange, check-in times. As we are a husband and... More
