We used a free voucher to stay here to see a show at the RSC, so to be honest we weren't expecting too much. The room however was clean ,comfy bed (if only a double), brilliant shower, free Wifi and sensible digital TV (no stupid hotel sky or pay per view TV) and well stocked with shower gels, coffee etc.... We didn't stay here, just popped in for dinner. The staff didn't acknowledge us at first and we spent some time trying to get attention as they rushed past us with no eye contact or even a nod.
