We originally booked for two nights and enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night. Michelle and her colleague could not have been more helpful in sorting out a new room for the third night. The 'garden' room is absolutely lovely, the overall setting tranquil. The quality of the breakfast is excellent, the service likewise. The Bath Arms at... More

beautiful location, great food, relaxed quirky atmosphere and very child friendly (any dish is a child portion - great). Arrived a little late for Sunday lunch but were warmly greeted and quickly ordered a great Sunday roast for 10 of us, including 4 children of varying ages. Good value and great desserts (although they were a little slow to arrive).... More

Cannot comment on the quality of rooms but ate there on two occasions. We ate in the bar area from the bar menu but didn't try the restaurant. The location of course is lovely and it is a charismatic place. The food is certainly tasty and portion sizes good, if a little pricey. The presentation of food is 'fashionable', i.e.... More

Fantastic stay at the Bath Arms for the Easter week end. The room was amazing, spacious. All the staff made us feel welcome, and were very helpful and very pleasant. The food was stunning. Big compliment to the kitchen staff and all the front of house !!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :-) More

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights on a short break to see the local sights (Longleat, Bath etc). We only booked a few days before and were able to get a good rate on their late availability for bed & breakfast of £65 per room per night. We stayed in the 'Wet Room' which was clean and... More

Many thanks for leaving such positive feedback. It’s great to hear how much our guests have enjoyed their stay, even on a horrible wet and cold weekend. We look forward to seeing you back here again soon - when hopefully the weather will be a great deal nicer so you can experience our fine dining al fresco! More

Had seen this through trip advisor and fancied staying for ages. Saw there was a last minute offer rate available so went. Nice location and lovely place. No good for anyone with access requirements though. Stayed in Peacock room and I LOVED THIS ROOM. Beautifully decorated, nice bed, lovely touch of small liquors, fantastic bath! We ate dinner in the... More

The welcome is good and the staff friendly and chatty, perhaps too much so as our ordered pre-dinner drinks were completely forgotten and only materialised some twenty five minutes after we had sat down at our table when the manager who came to take our food order appeared. We did not choose our room, Kama Sutra, which was allocated to... More

We found the Bath Arms a very old but well kept hotel , our room was extremely neat and clean . The staff are exceptionally helpful ! The DDB rate we had was on the pricey side £235 a night and found that although the Dinner was tasty there just was not enough of it , I was still hungry... More

Booked a weekend break here as a romantic getaway. Staff were very friendly and polite. As we checked in we were told we were staying in the 'Karma Sutra' room - so not sure what to expect. The room was a decent size and the bed was very comfortable but given the name of the room I would have expected... More

We stayed in the 'Peacock Suite' and it was great. We got a really friendly welcome and the food that we had in the bar was great quality and really fresh. The choice of food options for breakfast was better than any hotel I've stayed in and a lot of the items on the menu were locally sourced which I... More
