Janet's and John's hospitality, accommodation, breakfast & advice was faultless.We had a delicious supper at a recommend restaurant and a stunning day out at Chatsworth House. Our first visit to Matlock and hopefully not our last as so much to see in this beautiful area.

Have to say this was as good a B&B as I have stayed in, John was such a good guy, quick to mention places to eat, visit Etc, even got some discount vouchers of him, if your looking for a place to stay in Matlock look no further, will definitely stay again soon.

We stayed for 2 nights and can only agree with the other 5 star reviews. Janet and John were friendly and informative and their Local pub, The Red Lion, served good food and real ale and was a short walk down the hill. We highly recommend this first class bed and breakfast which thoroughly deserves its gold award

Fabulous stay, Janet and John were brilliant and made our wedding weekend very special, stayed with family and friends. The rooms were warm, comfortable and immaculate. Breakfast was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again and could not recommend highly enough.
