decided on smeaton farm as it is isolated from the main roads.................wonderful two nights...very peaceful and all meals very tasty (evening meal and breakfasts).....room perfect and hosts very knowledgeable regards the area...........will visit again in the future

Enjoyable week celebrating our daughters 2nd birthday. This is very off the beaten track so detailed instructions are needed or a satnav (especially driving at night) Breakfast is first rate and you can buy some very nice farm meat from here.

A lovely house with comfy, clean rooms, very friendly family home. Excellent food & choices on menu. Definately recommend to friends & colleagues. Little remote but once you find it once no problem finding it again, close to Saltash & Plymouth.

what a great discovery this was not only cornwall but smeaton farm. The breakfasts are amazing and so tasty. The room we had(weeping ash) was very clean and tidy. All the family were friendly and a big thanks to megan for finging us somewhere to stay on the saturday. We will definately recommend this place and will surely be back

A perfect place to stay for a weekend whilst going to a wedding at Pentille Castle. Lovely bedrooms, tasty breakfast and Mr Smeaton is very accomodating and helpful...and makes a good taxi driver!

Stayed here on route to Penzance. May be a bit of a challenge without Sat Nav but once found it's delightful. Welcomed on arrival rather formally but welcomed none the less. We had an excellant stay at Smeaton Farm &our boys loved the farm surroundings. The family were very friendly & nothing was too much trouble .Our evening meal & breakfast were both excellant ,the whole stay was perfect in beautiful surroundings . We would all definatly return to Smeaton Farm again.

I cannot praise Smeaton Farm highly enough. The accomodation is excellent with some really nice touches. The food is superb. The home made sausages and dry cured bacon taste like food really should.
