The Deanery is a lovely setting for ones reception, the food is amazing, the staff where very attentive only downfalls being lack of professional training and manageress's rudeness. More

Just spent two nights 11th & 12th May, at the Old Deanery and what a fantastic two days they were, all helped along by attentive staff, great rooms and excellent food. Stopped as part of the Way of the Roses cycle ride - 30 seconds off route and a free round of drinks as you are doing the ride. Beautiful building and great rooms. 3 course Sunday supper was unbelievable value - couldn't recommend it enough. Service was friendly and efficient. Stayed for the weekend with a large group of friends and family, food over the weekend was excellent,cannot fault it at all,as was the quality of beer on tap.
