The Royal Hotel has just had it's closure order lifted by the Food Safety Authority. It is unbelievable that there are still plces like the Royal Hotel in existance. Boyle is a lovely town but the Royal is a no go area and is doing the town more damage than good. Avoid at all osts More

I can only agree with all the terrible reviews. This hotel has seen no maintenance in 10 years. Sheets and the 2 g Towels clean. Curtains hanging off rails. Toilet seat wonky.
