Stayed here for 1 night on the may bank holiday with some friends on a stag party. We were given rooms that were newly decorated but very aged. Nice size bathrooms, slow showers. Very comfortable though. Staff were very friendly and helpful. they organized a taxi for us and gave directions etc. Owner was also there he was very nice.... More

A few of the roses of tralee for 2011 stayed here last Saturday nite, the room was very spacious and comfortable. The service given to us regarding food and hospitality were top notch. Have recently spent a Hen night at this hotel, and cannot praise the staff enough!! Excellent customer service..... Staff were so friendly and accomadating....Even dropped us to the train station!! Hotel is located in the centre of the nightlife, so only a short stroll to the bars. Carrick on Shannon really is a lively destination and would highly recommend it... More
