Clonmore Lodge is a nice family run B&B. The owners are very friendly and hospitable, always ready to help, give directions or advice. I was welcomed with tea and biscuits. The rooms are furnished with great taste but very basic. I loved the color combination. I had a great view on the ocean and could watch the sunset from my... More

My wife and I stayed at Clonmore for one night at the beginning of a vacation from the USA to Ireland, and it was a fantastic introduction to the famed hospitality of the country. It took a little bit to find the place, although the map provided on their web site is clear and accurate. The location is pretty out... More

Maire, Siobhan, and John Daly have done an outstanding job making sure that guests are cozy and well-fed here. The breakfast wins the award over all the other B & Bs we visited while in Ireland. The scones and soda bread arrive quickly, warm and fresh. The coffee is French-pressed, and the vegetarian omlettes, creamy porridge, or traditional Irish breakfast... More

The location is rural which suits us. Met by three local dogs which were lovely. The owners were lovely and helpful throughout our visit. The scones on arrival were certainly needed. The rooms were functional and views ideal. Lovely and quiet we had a really good nights sleep. Breakfast was ideal to set us up for our travels. Overall, worth... More

Stayed in Clonmore Lodge B & B this weekend as we were attending a wedding in Quilty Church. Lovely relaxing place to stay with a genuine warm welcome. Marvellous breakfasts with home made scones , brown bread and pancakes ! Wonderful bonus with a historical tour of the area with John on Sunday morning ! David & Jean O'Driscoll. More

We stayed at the Clonmore our first night in Ireland. It is in a quaint village on the West Coast which we wanted to explore. The village is a little like stepping back in time, with the fields and historical ruins all around the area. You could see the coastline from our room. The host was very pleasant and friendly... I stayed in the Clonmore Lodge after a recommendation from another B&B. got a lovely warm welcome. Really nice old world charm, exactly what i would expect from a B&B in this beautiful part of the world, fitted the scene perfectly. My 5 year old daughter loved it and spoke about it again a few days later, so it obviously... More

I was just browsing on the net and came across Clonmore lodge and it brings me back in time. We stayed here about twenty years ago and my three children all in their twenties now always say it was their best holiday ever. It was a farmhouse holiday and we had breakfast and evening meal and the food was superb,... More

Wish we could have stayed more than one day. The hospitality was wonderful, breakfast delicious. Went to Lynch's Bar in Milltown Malbay a short distance away to listen to traditional Irish music. Very friendly bar! LOVED the archaeological tour given by John the next morning. It was so informative! Even found the Shannon crest on several gravestones. More
