The Hydro Hotel was a beautiful historic hotel within walking distance of the local pub! The wait staff during meals were terrific! Friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel itself was clean and in great shape especially for its age! Would love to go back again!

Been there, done that!! Went to the hydro hotel with my wife Laoise,son Robert and daughter Chelsea ! It was lovely on arrival and were greeted very nice! But the rooms were not to our standered nor the food! Should have bette quality rooms and a better food menu. However pleasant stay and hopefully be back soon?;)x hah

Great food and ambiance, nice friendly staff, quiet rooms. Shower had a malfunction but I am very happy to recommend this hotel. Reasonable price for such high quality. Excellent location for Kilfenora, Clare and the Lisdoonvara festival.
