Little bit of old world charm and mod cons thrown in. Beautiful location.
Very quiet and isn't long open for this year but the staff that were on duty were very friendly and professional. Dinner was lovely and great value and had a comfortable and peaceful sleep.
One thing that would help would be if wifi had been available but...

spent 2 nights in the Eccles Hotel in Glengarriff mid March. I have to say that it was a very pleasant place to stay. We had dinner on one evening which was ok and the breakfast was very good. the staff are also very pleasant and we were pleasantly surprised at how spotlessly clean the hotel was. Its only a...

6 of us incl 4 kids under age 11 stayed 2 nights for St Patrick's weekend just gone. The interconnecting rooms are very family oriented and ours even included a third separate small room up a little staircase which was immediately turned into a playroom. Think Enid Blyton's Famous Five, the kids loved it. The hotel itself has great character,...

We visited friends in Schull and decided to stay here as the hotel there is closed. Lovely hotel with old world charm. The staff could not have been nicer to us and the kids (9,7,1).
Great views over the sea from our rooms!

The staff were very polite and breakfast was a both a selection of things from the buffet plus a cooked breakfast, more...

We were supposed to stay here for 2 nights, but because of an illness in the family we had to cancel the first night's stay. It's a good thing, too, because I don't think our backs could have handled two nights on the mattress in our room. The hotel staff were nice and courteous, and our room was pleasant and...

Beautiful old charming hotel in a stunning location. The staff here are amazing and so helpful and friendly. Some of the hotel and the rooms are in need of some major TLC, but the problems that we encountered were swiftly and professionally dealt with. We spent New Year here and the staff put on a wonderful Gala dinner and champagne...

Having had our reception in July 2011 at the Eccles Hotel Glengarriff, I could not recommend this hotel highly enough. Firstly the staff were most accomadating and anything we wanted doing was no trouble. The food on the day was first class. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone that is thinking of getting married.
