Came here for a business dinner, and was truly stunned. Excellent food, the salmon was fantastic, good choice of wines, deserts etc. nice atmosphere and very helpful / friendly staff. Service was prompt and we had a great time. Would go there again anytime!

We stayed at Chapters for the 3rd time recently. Another fantastic gourmet night. This time we had room 1 and it was lovely. The same as the last times we have stayed the food was outstanding. Staff here are attentive but not intrusive, which is as is should be. I would certainly recommend Chapters to anyone.

This is an extremely good restaurant and should be listed separately as a place to eat. Primarily a hotel the restaurant offers visitors an excellent menu and high quality food. Very attentive staff although it is possible to ask if everything is alright too many times! Overall a great experience and though not cheap good value for money

Chapters is located in a charming North Yorkshire village. The restaurant and bar are upmarket although that is reflected in the prices. It's a pity the rooms don't live up to the bistro.
