Stayed here for a Porte de Versailles Expo end of March 2011 (JEC Composites). Complete nightmare. VERY unhelpful staff, theft from room during day (£3,000+ in cash!), pathetic breakfast, poison coffee,small scruffy rooms. Horrendous phone charge for use. Rooms were unclean, aircon not working and fan promised but not delivered. Not maintained: tiles missing in bathroom, fixtures broken in the room and bathroom. Bad service: play ignorant to problems reported and lots of excuses given. Rooms have really old bedding and pillows. More

Their web site said 'renovated' - not room 31!!!!! Grubby, dirty, I have a long list of things that need putting right, these are just a few. A good steam clean and painting would help.
