Stayed here because we couldnt find anywhere elseo such short notice. We had planned to visit disneyland paris the following day. The hotel is in a ship theme.was cosy and comfortable. Close to disneyland. The buffet breakfast doesnt have much of a variety. Toast, cereal and crossoints. A bit of coldmeats and fruit. Would have liked there to b hot... More

We stayed at the Hotel Newport Bay Club in April 2012 having been attracted by the beautiful images of the hotel and in the hope it wouldn't be completely overrun with kids!! The hotel exterior looks spectacular and there is a sense of grandeur as you approach in the bus. Check in was fast and efficient and they had our... More

Ok - was really concerned about our trip to Disneyland after reading many of the horrific reviews about the parks and hotel, however was pleasantly surprised - maybe because went with very low expectations?! Arrived at hotel at 5pm and was checked in to the admiral floor (6) very swiftly, the woman at reception couldn't have been nicer - maybe... More

Myself and my sister booked a two night stay here - from 14/05/12 to 16/05/12. We arrived on the Monday afternoon at about 1300 to the Eurostar terminal on site, and took advantage of the Disney Express service to get the bags delivered straight to the hotel (can't remember if this was an extra paid service, I expect so, surely... Check in was the only good thing to report. Our room was a good 400mtres walk along endless corridors from both reception and the two restaurants. Talking of restaurants we arrived at 7.45 am to be greeted by queues 4 deep and 10 metres long. The reason we went down for an early breakfast was to take advantage of the... More

We are just back from a 4 night stay in this hotel. I was a bit worried having read the reviews here but to be honest we were happy with our stay. I suppose because our expectations weren't too high then we were pleasantly surprised. We were on the Admirals floor and arrived at 5pm on a Wednesday. There was... More

I don't think there is enough space to write about this hotel, I would strongly suggest looking at the travellers photos's to notice the grotty air filter, the manky sprinkler in the room, the peeling wallpaper, rubbish tv and it's cabinet and lack of facilities in the room. I got more service and facilities in a premier inn, in England... More

We stayed on the admiral floor (6th Floor). After going back to our hotel room following an evening meal at Cape Cod with the intention to see the weekend spectacular show. On opening the door to our room a rat ran across and sat in the corridor outside. I called for the concierge to come, which I had to wait... More

We arrived on the direct train from St Pancras into the resort at about 1.50pm. Dropped our bags with the luggage service at the train station (ensure you have locks for your bags) and off we went to enjoy the park. On our arrival we headed straight to the buggy hire situated in a shop by the main entrance. It... More

On arrival at Newport Bay first impressions (from outside) were good ... hotel looked the part...unfortunately once we entered everything went downhill. It took us ages to check in, even though we'd booked a room on Admirals Floor, which had its own check in area. On this note, the only difference between a standard room and Admirals floor room is...
