we stayed for three days in one of the log cabins with a grass roof here, looking down over the lake. it was supposed to sleep eight but two adults and two kids squeezed in. there's only one small bathroom and tiny kitchenette so eight would really struggle. but it's nice a homely with a big cupboard of games and... We stayed at the Eminent Hovdestoylen Hotel over New Year this year( 2008) and had a fantastic time.Initially we booked a family room but opted for a 2 storey cabin when we arrived, a far better option.The cabin had under floor heating a very large lounge upstairs and big bathroom ( shower) and bedrooms downstairs.The staff were extremely friendly and...
