My wife and I stayed at Solar Dos Canavarros and have only wonderful memories of our days there and at Sabrosa as a whole. The hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant. We would likely go back to this hotel when we revisit this hometown of the greatest mariner of all time, Fernao de Magalhaes.

Was dumped here by Rent Douro Tours - over a half hour from the Regua region that was advertised. Hotel was run down and in need of repairs.
