Great welcome. Reception vey helpful. Pleasant rooms and good breakfast (for continental hotels). Unfortunately there is no restaurant and the hotel is not easy to get at from Central Brussels. However my group had no complaints.

Pros: Near the airport. Breakfast included. Free airport shuttle. Cons: Unhelpful staff. Wi-Fi is extra. No restaurant. No wonder Intercontinental Hotels Group decided to dump this property after multiple complaints.

for 50 Euro it was a great deal. ideal for a stopover. free breakfast in the morning was excellent. i didnt utitlize the shuttle service but everything was clean and the staff was friendly. the only thing negative was the internet service. it was plug in and slow.
