We were really happy with our stay here. Firstly, the owners are top notch, and will do their best to make your stay enjoyable. From providing directions, booking cars (at the last possible minute), to serving a late night Sherry in the garden; everything we asked for, they did with a smile and to completion. The hotel itself is on... More

Well after a very successful effort at finding the hotel with no map or gps we were delighted to check into our room. The location of the hotel is fantastic. Off the beaten track but within 5 mins walk of the centre. A lovely roof terrace to relax with a glass of wine or Sherry if it tickles your fancy.... More

The hotel has a courtyard garden on the ground level, roof terrace with fantastic views of the surrounding rooftops and churches, and chairs along the balcony outside the first floor rooms. We would have loved to be there in warmer weather so we could take full advantage of the outdoor areas because they would definitely be a big attraction during... More

I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. The staff is amazing and the hotel itself is beautiful. The rooftop garden and the amazing restaurant connected to the hotel make this an unforgettable place to stay. I can't say enough about the staff. I lost my bag while I was in Spain, and Alejandro did everything in his power to help me find... More

As reported on in previous reviews, this hotel is a little difficult to find. However, that should not deter one from seeking out this boutique hotel if staying in Jerez. On approaching the hotel there is a small crossroads and I would initially suggest turning right and parking at the side of the road, availability permitting. The hotel is only... More

I just spent two weeks at the Hotel Chancilleria while attending the Festival de Jerez (flamenco festival). I loved this hotel! The owners are very welcoming and helpful to guests. The staff is wonderful, especially Alejandro!!!! The buffet breakfast was great. There is a good restaurant at the hotel if you want to have dinner or have lunch outside in... More

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Chancilleria for three nights while on a 2 week driving trip through southern Spain, and loved it. The owners were friendly and helpful. We found the hotel modern and tastefully appointed. Some of the positives: - Clean, well appointed room and bath. - Good Wifi available. - Nice library of books and... More

Agreed, it's difficult to find, but well worth the effort! Located in the gypsy quarter, this place has all the moorish charm combined with mod cons you could wish for. The owner was very welcoming and informative and the food in the restaurant was fantastic! Would stay here again hopefully next time in warmer weather to enjoy the roof terrace... More

Jerez is not an easy town to find your way in, and therefore also quite difficult to find Chancilleria. But once arrived, an oasis of friendly , quiet, clean and comfortable rooms. The owner has a lot of good advises and arranges for breakfast by good weather ( not in our case) along the garden gallery. The restaurant in the... More
