“Cold and Dirty room”

Was on leger holiday nov 2011 , Had a single room , the bathroom was freezing no heating the shower was filthy , their was no window to the outside world just to a very small courtyard , but you couldnt open the curtains cos it was that cold . And to add insult to injury i had to pay... More

We went on Leger coach tour for Christmas 2011 and stayed at the De Bogaerd in Valkenburg. This hotel and its sister hotel next door have been bought out by Best Western. Web for De Bogaerde has NO connection to the WALDRAM yet reception are working on the Waldram site. We ended up on the telephone and reception quite arrogant and did not see our point. just returned from valkenburg lovely hotel in town centre very clean ,staff cant do enough to help, lovely food ,the only comment i have to make would be about the pillows they're filled with chopped up foam not at all comfortable if they get them right then there would be nothing bad to say .we had a brilliant time More
