Walking on Hadrian's Wall Path this was one of the best accomodations we had: Nice spacious rooms, a bit old fashioned but great with very friendly and welcoming hosts. They had even booked a table at the pub next door for us (the only one with meals in the evening and therefor quite frequented).

This is a great B&B. We stayed for a few days when visiting family in the area. The owners John and Angela are wonderful and could not do more to make your stay enjoyable. Stayed here for one night whilst hiking the Hadrian's Wall trail. The B&B is very clean and our room was large and airy with lots of vintage touches. Stayed here for 3 days and had a great time. The exterior is nothing startling,but inside there are facilities that rate this a 4 star tourist board establishment.
