We stayed here over Easter for 4 nights with 2 other families after being recommended by another family. We wanted a place where we could bush camp but we didn't want to be in "tent city" like every other location at Easter. The beauty of this place is that each site is secluded - you will not see any other... More

We stayed 4 nights over Easter and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Vince and Brenda were wonderful and very welcoming. All the kids loved the animal feeding at 5pm with great value at only $5.00 per child. Vince and his staff spent over an hour with the kids feeding the animals and answering questions, nothing was too much trouble. The creek... More

Did not enjoy experience at Brooloo ... Beware of rude hosts ... Condescending to guests ... A lecture on arrival generally made us feel unwelcome from the outset. Would not clean toilets ... Burnt off next to our site during our stay, filling our site with smoke ... There are way better places to go ... Sorry ...

Thanks Scundy for your comments. As my back ground is law I would like to deal with facts. We too have lived, worked and holidayed around the world and your continued negative responses online after we have declined to have you back is expected. Trip Advisor took your last comment off which was a 3 for everything, now we get... More

Have stayed 3-4 times over the last few years and just love it. Vince and Brenda are also lovely and have wonderful patience with our daughters having horse rides. The girls help prepare the horses and then wash them down at the end - the whole experience. The Camp Sites are fabulous, staying on site 3, 3 times we get... More

I looked for quite a while to find a private camping site where you weren't sharing the area with a 'tent city',and was very glad we came across Brooloo Park. We had a large area all to ourselves, right on a beautiful creek for the kids to play in. As the kids said, 'that was our best camping trip yet'.

Recently stayed 3 nights at Brooloo Park, approx 1.5 - 2 hours north west of Brisbane. We were attracted by the ads that show the beautiful bush setting, the working cattle station and the seclusion of the camp sites. The property is approx 280 Acres, and has about 7 camp sites. So you have total privacy and seclusion in a... More

I have stayed on Brooloo Park for 4 weeks. I worked with the horses, did the ponyrides for the kids and joined Vince on the trailrides. For me it was a wonderfull place to stay! I loved the way Vince was working with the horses. The location is beautiful, with the creek, the forest and all the animals. It's a... More

Recently stayed at Brooloo Park for 4 nights with my family and a number of other families. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole bush camping experience. Beautiful location on the creek and complete peace and quiet. I have stayed at Brooloo Park on several occasions. The working nature of the property, the beautiful setting by the creek and the enthusiasm of the host, Vince, is authentic and a taste of real Queensland country life. Horse riding for the kids is excellent, with safety and a great experience the priority. On both visits i've made there have... More
