I stayed one night. The room was fairly basic but clean and comfortable and the price very reasonable. Parking was a bit awkward, with parks not allocated to rooms, and a bit tight to get into. Staff were friendly. Location was easy to find and handy for business appointments in Penrose area.

We stayed for 2 nights and arrived in the wee hours but the staff was still very helpful--I needed a hairdryer and got it even at 2am. We got a studio, have basic facilities: heater, iron board, iron, microwave, mini fridge... except hairdryer. We stayed there for 3 nights and there is no makeover service. It will be perfect if they can make up the room alternate day. Staff is very helpful.

Our room was clean, and the service was really good. Checking in and out was a breeze. It is convenient and has a free parking. It is very good value for the price we have paid for.
