Lovely owners who are accommodating and friendly, despite our very late arrival. Clean yet dated rooms with a wonderful power shower. Wonderful friendly family, set in a perfect picturesque environment. Lovely breakfast but could include fresh fruit and tastier sausages. Beds could also be softer. Clean and tidy rooms, no major complaints.

We stayed here for one night after a day at Alton Towers and wished we could've stayed longer! The room was very clean and comfortable with lovely, country-cottage type decor. Such a lovely setting, such a dissappointment! Beds hard and uncomfortable, shower flow like light rain, instant coffee at breakfast. Had to pay for cooked breakfast extra.
