We visited friends whilst in the Peaks and stopped here for lunch . The view was amazing and the food was great . Perfect for hungry walkers ! There was a boot room for muddy boots and friendly welcome in the bar and restaurant area.

Visited this pub for lunch during the Easter hols - 6 of us. Usual high standard bar food served from counter in eating area. Good value. Get there early if you want to eat in the cosy bar where there is a good range of ales. I like the staff.

We stayed at the Lathkil between Christmas & New Year. It was our third visit and was even better if that's possible. Staff very friendly, the hotel is family run, and Robert serving breakfast was a highlight for us.
