We had a weekend away over Easter and decided to go to Warwick Castle and found this absolute gem via Google. The room was fantastic with amazing views over the countryside. The room was a brilliant size with ensuite shower room. The breakfast......well, you didn't need lunch! Cereals, toast and cooked all in one sitting, great way to start the... More

I have never written a review on trip advisor before, but felt I had to tell people that if you book to stay at Redlands Farm you will not be disappointed. Redlands Farm is beautifully finished, and the rooms are spotless with little extra touches that made the stay so lovely. Richard & Ann are so hospitable and went out... More

Richard and Ann, were so welcoming. I could not fault there hospitality. We were advised where to eat in the evenings, as we were on a workshop nearby. Breakfast was cooked perfectly, and was delicious. For a farm B&B i would put in at the posher end of the scale. The rooms were decorated nicely, and the bathroom at a... More

My friends and I were attending a training course in a nearby village and were recommended to stay here by the person running the course. The rooms are beautiful and of a superior quality, with super comfy beds. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, with eggs from the chickens on the grass outside, delicious!! We had a wonderful stay, the owners made... More

Four of us stayed with Richard and Ann for 2 nights while we attended a workshop. Can honestly say I can find no fault. The double room - all to myself - was beautiful with a view over the back garden. Breakfasts were excellent with a variety on offer - I had poached egg freshly laid by their own chickens... More

My fiancé and I recently stayed with Ann and Richard at Redlands for one night, and after reading the previous posts, we understand why everyone loves this B&B. From the beautiful (and spotless) rooms, fantastic breakfast and warm hospitality; I would highly recommend anyone visiting Warwick to stay here (preferably for as long as you can!). Also, thanks to Richard... More

As a family (we stayed in May for two nights), we have had mixed feelings. Whilst the location is nice, the rooms are expensive for what they provide (certainly as expensive as many hotels - £300 for two nights : couple + two children), and we were surprised that no attempt had been made to freshen up our rooms whilst... I stayed here with my husband and son for one night as part of a touring holiday. The accommodation is lovely. The house has been lovingly restored in a way to bring out the best in the building and to draw attention to it's history. We had a lovely, comfortable room with a cosy bathroom and amazing views over the... More
