Our daughter got married at Pencarrow on 19th May and we booked 4 rooms including the principal room for staying & getting ready as we are not local. The principal room is fantastic for bridal preparation as it's huge with a lovely big bathroom and an enormous bay window with wonderful light and views. Plenty of room for the bride,... More

This manor house is a piece of heaven after a long day's cycle ride. The room, service & food was amazing. The only touch missing for a luxury stay would have been the addition of dressing gowns in the room to wrap up in after a long welcome bath. Otherwise the look & ambience of the place was perfect.

An eclectic blend of Cornish granite country house, Italian style, great breakfasts and friendly service.

An absolutely incredible setting, the room was brilliant overlooking the front gardens, breakfast fantastic as well. Marco and his wife were a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend

We stayed three nights. On arrival the Host Marco offered us an upgrade over the standard room we had booked at a discounted price. We looked at both rooms; the standard room was small and at the back of the hotel and we were not impressed. Seeing the large room at the front, with its views made the decision for... More

Beautiful house, delicious meals, gorgeous surroundings, Best of all, our host (and chef) Marco knows the art of making his guests feel welcome. The highlight of every day was returning home to lively conversations with our fellow guests, Marco and the friendly staff. The room at the top is worth the extra money--spacious, tastefully decorated, and views of the bright... More

We stayed here the night that we got married. My husband had booked it as a surprise for me but had to phone ahead on the day to apologise that we wouldn't be able to check in beforehand and would arrive quite late. Unfortunately this did not seem to go down well and after a wonderful day we were greeted... More

We stayed for a week in one of the adjacent cottages which had a large lounge/kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The cottage was very clean and very good value for money. Marco, the owner of the hotel, was a very friendly and cordial Italian who made us feel very welcome. We ate at the hotel on one of the... More
