As stated by others, it is very elegant. But perhaps too stuffy. Very large rooms with tons amenities. Beautiful area and landscaping. However, when I am in Villahermosa, I like to be a little more relaxed.

My partner and I ended up here after the Hilton overbooked us, and we insisted they pay for us to stay somewhere else. And boy are we glad we choose here! Just got back from a seminar and stayed here. What an outstanding hotel, so different from a lot of modern hotels. Beautiful and elegant. The staff were efficient, both from a guest's point of view, but also in the seminar organizing, catering etc. My room was large and comfortable with a huge desk for working on, plus a great bathroom/shower.... A 6 star hotel with 4 star prices. Excellent accommodations, very reasonable prices. Valet parking, very clean, be sure to try their restaurant also.

My room was bigger than downstairs of my 3 bedroom house in the UK! Two negatives: Having to pay for internet access, $10 per day and the volume of the music in the bar. TOO LOUD!!!

I stayed there just for one night but I found it very comfortable, clean and roomy. Restaurant was excellent and the staff was very kind.

I usually always stay in this hotel during my business trips to Villahermosa and whilst it can be a bit "souless" I did enjoy the stays. The palacial style is quite nice however this last stay was a nightmare. They had two weddings on with people singing and drinking in the corridors and out side my room window each night... More
