Every room stinks of tobacco smoke. Pay for parking in crappy parking lot. Thin windows totally inadequate at keeping noise from Northbourne Ave out. Lightbulbs flicker and barely light the room. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, there is an air conditioned In the living area and the main bed room but not in the second room. The front desk was helpful.
