All modern conveniences. Since last stay new air-conditioning has been installed which now makes these apartments first class. Excellent location, friendly staff, cleanliness first class, very comfortable. We would certainly stay again.

We stayed over the weekend in a top floor 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment looked recently refurbished and was well equipped. It was quiet and was well occupied at the time. We would stay again. Close to Manuka restaurants, shops and the Kingston Hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed at the Manuka Apartments on a number of occasions in winter and have always enjoyed the apartments as they are well presented and close to many of Canberra's main attractions and good eating places. Unfortunately our most recent visit was in summer and the air conditioning was very poor which resulted in a very poor night's sleep.

Arrived on a hot evening which is typical of Canberra in summer. The living room temperature was ok but the old air con unit was as noisy as a jumbo jet.
