Stayed here in May 2013. Rooms were basic and neat, which is what to be expected for the reasonable prices. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent, just a short walk into the central shopping area. Biggest issue was the noise, firstly from the traffic and secondly, from the open breakfast area which began at 6.30am.

I have stayed here before and this time was a similar experience. With no car, it was easy to walk to the buses in the city. I appreciated having breakfast included in the room stay. Only downside was the noise of, I presume, emptying the restaurant bins early in the morning.

This hotel was ok nothing flash. Corridor had a very musky smell about it. The noise from the park & passing traffic was unbearable at times. We didn't realise the amount of hoons that drove around Canberra. The room overall was clean but I probably wouldn't stay here again.

I booked this on last minute.com had a great room excellent value ,bed was so comfortable room clean and facilities very good .would definitely stay there again .There was plenty of off street parking and within walking distance to shops ,checkin was quick and easy

We spent two nights at this venue taking the Cuddles and Bubbles Package that we read about through a RACQ email. The value was exceptional with a bottle of bubbly and chocolates each day,breakfast either in the dining room or with a breakky box, but the bonus was the three course meal in the Haig Italian Restaurant in the complex....
