The accommodation is very good and nicely furnished but service during and after the stay very poor. I had a query with my account with charges being made 2 weeks after the stay. It took 5 calls to the hotel before the issue was solved.

Not a five star by any stretch of the imagination. No fresh flowers, no decent lobby bar, basically no style. Restaurant is good though with a limited menu. Really not clean enough.

Conference rooms are cold, uninviting, uncomfortable and distracting with outside noise. Front desk staff couldn't give correct directions to conf room's location. Tables & chairs seemed second-hand and hardly worth using. Our meeting was one to forget! The hotel gave us a discount for poor service, but we would have paid for good service.
