We heard a lot if bad reviews before we stayed here but we got a great deal on wotif.com and couldn't fault the hotel! Yes it is a little old but very clean great pool area and games room for the kids and excellent service! Would definitely stay again!

Opal Cove Resort was very nice, our Ocean View room had great views to enjoy while sitting on the balcony, the food at Horizons restaurant was well presented and tasty, and the staff friendly. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, what more could one ask for !!!! Will go back again.

Stayed there before as was pleased to go back again....rooms are getting dated, but that's not a major issue, quiet off harbour safe and sound, plus friendly professional staff..pricing OK...The hidden gem is the in house restaurant, top class food and a reasonably priced wine list...
