Great hostel. They offer a pick-up from Greyhound bus stop and even for the early 5.25am bus! Shown the local area/ beaches from a lookout point on arrival which was nice touch. Check-in was informative with map given and shown eveything in area and explained about hostel. Two daily activities organised by staff, one in the morning and one in... More

This hostel is really nice, the staff is helpful and friendly. Good fun there with all the free activities, I loved the chocolate factory visit and surf kayaking! Clean , good located and relaxing . This is a really good backpack.

This is one of my favourite hostels I've seen over my past few months of travelling. They organise a day and evening activity every day, so it's really easy (and often cheap) to get to know the Coffs surroundings and make new friends during the trips! The staff was very helpful, and the free shuttle at 5 AM (!!) made... More

Everyone was really friendly up for a good drink too! Free Internet, surfboards, kayaks and the rest. The rooms were your bog standard hostel, lack of forks is my only complaint, part from that all good

This is by far the best hostel in Australia (so far for us) and will be hard for anywhere to beat. The rooms were clean and tidy, they have lockers in each room and the reception will keep your stuff safe too. They have a free bus to pick you up from the bus stop and drop you off when... More

Stayed here with my sister while we were travelling up the East Coast, and although we weren't really impressed by Coffs Harbour, this was one of the best hostels we have stayed in. Lots of parking on the street if that's what you are after and the staff are super friendly and informative. They have activities planned out every single... More

Absolutely loved it here. We were only intending on staying for two nights, but stayed for four instead! We didn't have a room because we have a camper an, so we paid half the price of a dorm each to park outside and use the facilities. Having said that, I did have a peak in a room when talking to... Stayed at Aussitel in February for 3 nights originally, however had to stay an extra night due to being caught in the floods. The staff were really understanding and gave us a private room at a discount as the dorms were fully booked and it wasn't our fault. The 3 scots Erin, Dave and Jamie were brilliant. They were always... More

This is the best hostel I stayed in! The staff is soooo friendly and helpful - David, Jamie & Erin, thanks!! Everyday activites, most of them free, are the best way to meet other backpackers; plus, staff can ick you up from/to the airport, the bus station and sometimes the Plaza shopping centre or Coles, if the weather is really... I stayed here for 16 nights earlier this year and really didn't want to leave. I have never had so much fun at a hostel before. All the staff there- Jamie, David, and Erin, as well as the owners Paul and Cath were incredibly friendly and helpful. They would not just help out with everything the guests needed, but also...
