Renovated rooms but still a bit dated. Could be worse

Room was pretty small, but the location was good. Service was alright - room service was quick. My main complaint would be that amenities in the room were limited - you will need to ask for slippers, robe, toiletries, etc. to get them. They should have been a given for a hotel such as the Marriott.

Well located, efficiently run, with spacious rooms and good service. This is a fantastic business hotel.

Used to love this hotel and stayed there every year. The refurb is the worst ever, rock-hard chairs, and not a single drawer, NOT ONE, to put clothes or toiletries in. Enjoyed our 3 nights here, very good quality hotel good rooms size and location on the city cbd and also near the ferry terminal for harbor excursions. Meals in the hotel restaurant were also good.

We arrived late on a Friday night and check in was quick and efficient. We were upgraded to an Opera House view which was stunning.
