One of my best motel stays in a long time. Service was great. Bed was very comfortable. Got a great nights sleep. Menu on room service offered great variety. Check in staff were most polite and helpful.

Situated next to central station and China town this hotel is deceiving from the outside. Rooms are spacious, ours had a balcony next to the pool. Our sons appreciated the queen beds in their shared room. However our king bed was very hard, too hard for a good night's sleep. Excellent service. No noise heard from the street.

Stayed for a night as it was a last minute booking. Friendly reception floor with our late arrival, prompt Service and we were in our room within minutes. Parking is charged at a flat rate of $23 per 24 hrs in the connected building with multiple entry allowed. Location is good, 5 minute walk downhill to paddys market and Chinatown.... More

Our first time at this (new) Novotel - and it won't be our last...It is a little old and will need a 'facelift' in a year or two, but it is nevertheless very good. The location & the staff brought it up a level - well done all!

Stayed on a Sunday night and had 4 rooms .we arrived early but rooms were all ready . All very clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Booked for a few nights stay in May and were in the refurbished room. The room decoration and bathroom seem really basic and further refurbishment is still needed. The hotel staff is very friendly and dedicated especially the Front Desk and Housekeeping staff. We were blown away by their exceptional service. They deserve a pay rise. Location great, close to train station and china town, meals excellent and good value for money Staff are very friendly and helpfull Rooms are clean and well maintained but are starting to show signs of age.
