I stayed here two nights and had stayed at the grand Hyatt the night before so there was a bit of contrast. Apparently this was a 4* room...Heavy black mold like substance dripping from air vent and running down walls in lounge and bedroom. Windows covered in mold. Cockroaches in bathroom. Metal plug missing from bath leaving a dangerous gaping hole. Bath covered in mold. Not to mention a dozen other 'issues'. Written and verbal complaints ignored by management. PICTURES ATTACHED

Great location, stayed in refurbished one bedroom apartment. Great use of space. However, the bed did not have any stoppers, so kept on moving. Called reception and they said nothing they can do about it. Worst aspect was the noise outside. Did not sleep at all. I asked for park view room. Big mistake.
