My boyfriend and I stayed here recently, the room was clean and comfortable, although a little small. There is a nice quiet pool area on the top floor which we enjoyed every morning. Only a short walk from Cental Station and George Street, so dinner outside the hotel was easy to find. The service and staff at the hotel were... More

This is my 4th stay at the Mercure, and it was up to my previously experienced high standard as usual. One of the changes I noticed was that you had taken away the smart bars and had stocked the room fridges, as I was travelling with my 11yr old son I was not really comfortable with this. once again the... Spent a weekend here for a conference, with my wife. Great location close to centre of Sydney. Surprisingly little traffic noise in the compact but comfortable room. Bathrooms are showing the hotel's age a little. Expensive breakfast was a disappointment, in particular the shard of glass I found in my bowl of cereal!

My stay was very comfortable, the service was extremely good, the room was satisfactory and I enjoyed my stay. The location is great only a few minutes walk to my Head Office, also it is central to a number of sights and other amenities. The Mecure Sydney has great amenities, the meals were excellent and the staff were friendly and... More

Location great, although I wouldn't advice trying to drive here if you are new to Sydney traffic. Our room was small, as I would expect in a big-city hotel. Very little street noise although we were only on the 3rd floor. We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant as it looked to be overpriced. Staff friendly and helpful.

we recently stayed here, after having not stayed here for several years. it became too expensive, but prices are much more reasonable now. we travel to Sydney by train and stay here, then get the train to airport next day. Only 5 minute walk to central, for trains, light rail and buses. rooms are very comfortable and very little noise... More

I stayed at this motel last weekend and thought it was great value for money. Check in and check out was very easy, and it was extremly close to central station and china town. The rooms were small but comfortable and the parking was nice and close. I will definetly be returning to the motel
