Stayed for Mothers Day. Easy to get to and easy to get to Chinatown, Darling Harbour & Casino. Rooms Ready early, clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast included topped it off.Thank you for a great time.

Novotel Rockford gives you easy access to Darling Harbour venues (particularly Convention/Exhibition), whilst placing you within easy walking reach of the CBD. A perfect in between home base. Or, right next to the Entertainment Centre if in Sydney for a Show, or almost next to iMax for a flick.

If you are just looking for access to Darling Harbour, China Town and are not interested in the service, facilities or a very basic run down room, then stay here. I have stayed once and once only. I went with my family I put 4 people on the booking form and I was given a room with 2 single beds. Their solution was of care factor zero , apparently it was my fault despite the fact I had put all four if us down ....... They eventually decided the best... More

I have stayed at this hotel often, finding that the rates are competitive and the location central. Rooms are clean, well appointed and the wifi (if included) is excellent. Staff generally helpful. The hotel would benefit from an omelet station to enhance the offering then it would be fine.

Novatel Rochford was a good choice for us at this time as it suited the area that we wanted to visit. Also it was a good price through the Accor Club. Its location is close to China Town, Darling Harbour and Cockle Bay, and public transport.
