I was expecting a more or less 3 stars (max 3.5). But this was less than two! The hotel is poorly maintained, rug is dirty and stained. I spent there 5 days and my sheets or towels were never changed. Even my shower was never washed. Big hairs in towels and sheets (I am bald, not mine). The room has... More

This hotel was extremely poorly maintained, and the worst hotel experience i've had. Our romantic weekend away turned into a disappointing comedy of errors. As we stepped out of the lift our first view of our floor was peeling paint, and the furniture in our room was worn. We discovered the fridge had frozen the complimentary milks solid and the... More

I had read the reviews on this place and they were quite polarizing. It seemed visitors either really liked the place or hated it. Personally, I loved it. First off, they have been under new management since November 2011. I would dare say the negative responses would have been influenced by this. Either horrible previous management and/or teething with the... More

If you need a load of storage space, a washer/dryer, a kitchenette, and room to spread out for a long stay, this hotel is a good option. Our room was newly furnished, lovely, clean and had everything we needed. The staff wasn't always all that helpful, however. For example, the woman who checked us in wasn't able to provide any... This place was certainly not worth the money you pay. John and Abul (staff members) were unfriendly and John to the point of rudeness. This hotel is in serious need of renovation. They had jammed to single beds together to make a""king" bed. Hence, the valance no longer fit, and the sheets no longer fit! They had placed 1 sheet... More

The apartment was clean, a good size and in a good location only about 3 mins walk to darling harbour and same distance to QVB etc. We got a reasonable price for the room so it was good value for money for us and I would stay there again. We were there for 2 nights just to do some sightseeing... More

I stayed here for 4 nights on business. I used to stay here before it's ownership change. Hotel is very adequate; location is good, amenities are sound and the staff are wonderful. If you're looking for a flash serviced apartment then this is not the place for you - it's rather old but it still has a lot if charm.... More

Nothing much to say about this hotel except that it is a dump and certainly not a 4 star but more a 1 or zero star. Was in a "Premier" One bedroom but still wonder what was premier (maybe the price and the dirtyness?) I seriously think that it has not been renovated for more than 20 years and as... More

I was in this 4th Seasons Hotel. despite the the good location, the hotel needs renovation. Price are too high for what it is offering.
