The location is great. the staff are professsional and friendly. Nothing was a bother. Dined in the Sphere restaurant. Food was fresh and plentiful . Again the staff were excellent. Valet parking made our arrival and departure very relaxed.

Is well located near Chinatown - rooms are very good considering the price - one of the cheapest rates for a quality hotel in Sydney.
The beds are very good.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in in sydney...mainly because the rooms are very nice and the staff very pleasant and helpful...its in the heart of the shopping district and not touristy at all...very very good hotel
